As part of the Settlement, Settlement Class Members will be eligible to receive a portion of a cash Settlement Fund funded by KCL.

Current Status

The Court in charge of this case still must decide whether to provide final approval of the Settlement. Settlement checks will be automatically issued to each Settlement Class Member if the Court approves the Settlement and after any appeals are resolved. You do not need to take further action to receive payment if you are eligible under the Settlement.

Please be patient.
